Een complex van drie enzymen (protease, lipase, amylase) in combinatie met detergenten lost organische verontreinigingen (bloed, pus, prote\u00efne, enz.) op en voorkomt de fixatie ervan (drogen, coagulatie) en de vorming van een biofilm. De neutrale pH van de oplossing en het anticorrosieve gehalte beschermen instrumenten tegen beschadiging en corrosie &#8211; de hoge materiaalcompatibiliteit is bevestigd door talloze tests en instrumenten kunnen tot 72 uur veilig in de oplossing worden bewaard.
